Self-Care Friday with Kendra



Self-care looks different to everyone, but it is crucial for everyone to do. Self-care should be something you incorporate each day and do more significant activities that are enjoyable to you.


My everyday self-care is getting up 30 minutes early each day to drink my coffee and do nothing. This helps me get a relaxing start to my day and gives me time to myself. Other activities I do to take care of myself are taking a bath once a week, taking a night all by myself and watch tv, going on walks when it is nice out, and spending time with my animals, friends, and family.
